How to deal with water inflow of asynchronous three-phase motor? These are the maintenance methods
In the production site of all kinds of mechanical and electrical equipment, due to the reasons of motor selection, improper storage, improper maintenance, environment and other factors, the moisture enters into the asynchronous three-phase motor to form condensation or the motor directly enters into the water, resulting in the decrease of motor insulation resistance, affecting the normal use and operation safety of the motor. This paper mainly analyzes the drying methods of the squirrel cage asynchronous three-phase motor in different conditions and introduces the principles and field application methods of the current drying method and the core loss drying method.
Drying method: the asynchronous three-phase motor is easy to dismantle and disassemble. It can be dried locally according to the site environment or disassembled to the maintenance room for treatment. Generally, the following two methods can be used to dry the motor. The general small-sized low-voltage asynchronous three-phase motor is suitable for the method of external heating and drying motor, and the operation is relatively simple; the principle is to use the radiation, convection and conduction modes of external heat source to dry the motor during drying; generally, there are two methods:
1. Use bulb (or infrared bulb) and oven for drying, and use hot air machine for drying;
2. When the bulb or iodine tungsten lamp is used for drying, it shall not be too close to the coil to prevent the coil from being burnt out. The safety protection lamp must be used, and the temperature shall not exceed 100 ℃ when the oven is used.
No matter which way is selected to dry the asynchronous three-phase motor, it must be noted that the temperature of the motor cannot exceed its allowable value, and it cannot cause new damage to the motor insulation. During the drying period, attention must be paid to the safety protection of equipment and personnel. In the production site, it is often required that the motor can be put into operation in time and run safely. The South environment is rainy and humid, so as to ensure that the asynchronous three-phase motor will not be affected by moisture When water enters into the machine, it will be put into operation or run safely. Specific measures should be made to prevent moisture of the machine, and attention should be paid to the selection of the machine in humid environment.
