What are the maintenance details of the reduction motor
1. During the operation of the decelerator, the temperature of the decelerator increases due to the friction heating of the moving pair and the influence of the ambient temperature. If there is no vent hole or the vent hole is blocked, the pressure inside the decelerator increases gradually. The higher the temperature inside the decelerator, the greater the pressure difference with the outside, and the lubricant leaks out from the gap under the pressure difference;
2. There is no oil return groove on the box, and the lubricating oil accumulates in the shaft seal, end cover, joint surface, etc. under the action of pressure difference, it leaks out from the gap;
3. If the contact between the journal and the seal is not ideal, the seal will fail in a short time due to the poor compensation performance of the felt. Although there are oil return holes on the oil groove, they are easy to block and the oil return function is difficult to play.
4. Too much oil filling: during the operation of the reducer, the oil pool is agitated severely, and the lubricating oil splashes everywhere in the reducer. If too much oil is added, a large amount of lubricating oil will accumulate in the shaft seal, joint surface, etc., resulting in leakage.
5. Improper maintenance process: during equipment maintenance, oil leakage may also be caused due to incomplete removal of dirt on the joint surface, improper selection of sealant, reversed installation of sealing elements, and untimely replacement of sealing elements.
